Obvious scam. You can however, if you buy a Samsung Tab/Galaxy possibly get a freebie for a limited time.

Like, I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 and then I saw they were offering 100GB free for OneDrive cloud storage so I claimed it. In terms of free, you always have to be willing to give something in return.

Water is still free and clean from the fountain but I don't want to disagree with myself now. :P
